The Sphere of Awareness is what I call that state of mindfulness where we are balanced in all our senses, emotions, and energies. In that lovely state we are better positioned to become one with our surroundings. This exercise can be done as a walking meditation – with your eyes open – or as a sitting meditation. This audio is the latter so to prepare find yourself a comfortable place to sit undisturbed for 20 minutes or so and let yourself sink into your body and become one with what is.
